Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you have an idea for a custom sticker, email us at info@planningismytherapy.com. We will be happy to create a brand-new design or to modify an item that is already for sale in our store.
How long will it take to process my order?
I aim to process all orders within 1 business day of placement.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order provided it has not been processed yet.
Be sure to contact me as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- USPS First Class Mail: 2-6 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 days
Where is my order?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your item. If your order is outside of the maximum delivery time estimate and has still not arrived, please contact me so I can look into it.
Where Do You Ship?
We are currently only shipping to the United States.
What are Your Payment Methods?
We accept all major credit cards. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied after purchase is complete.
